Access Rental Gulf places large order with Skyjack

Regional powered access rental biggie, Access Rental Gulf (ARG) has placed an order for 55 new MEWPS with Skyjack

According to reports, the order comprises 20 telescopic and 35 articulating boom lifts. ARG, which has operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar, was established in 2008 and has a rental fleet of more than 1,100 units made up of Skyjack, Genie, JLG, Haulotte and Snorkel units.

The new order with Skyjack is for self-propelled booms and is part of a wider fleet refreshment programme that the rental company is carrying out. It will join ARG’s core fleet to supplement its diesel, electric and bi-fuel scissor lifts and articulating and telescopic boom lifts, which offer working heights ranging from 8-43m

Chris Light, managing director, ARG, said: “Skyjack is a key strategic partner to ARG. We have worked closely with Skyjack since we established in 2008. Skyjack has proven to be an excellent investment and we value the first-class support and technical guidance that they have given us throughout this time.”
