Azizi Developments, a UAE-based private developer, has announced that nearly 92% of construction has been completed on its Farishta tower in the Al Furjan area of Dubai.
Comprising of 284 residences with a mix of 137 studios, 123 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom apartments, along with eight penthouses, the project is on schedule for delivery and is expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2019, the developer said in a statement.
External works are now more than 70% complete, it added. 100% of the structure and 99% of the blockwork have been completed, while tiling and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) works are at 99% and 92% respectively.
The second fix of MEP works is at 95%, while façade works are at 92%, the statement said. Overall finishing stands at 89%.
Farishta is part of more than 20 projects lined up by Azizi Developments in the Al Furjan area. It is situated in the high-growth corridor of new Dubai, in a location that has easy access to the Expo 2020 Dubai site, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Marina and JBR, amongst other points of interest in Dubai.
