Ellington celebrates topping out of Wilton Terraces at MBR City

Ellington, a design-led property developer in Dubai, has announced that a key milestone has been achieved in its track-record of on-schedule project completion, with the topping out of its Wilton Terraces residential project in MBR City.

Featuring 283 bespoke one- and two-bedroom homes, Wilton Terraces is surrounded by 28 million sqft of greenery and is set along the Dubai Water Canal, a statement from the developer said. The homes are set in two 12-storey towers, both designed to heighten its picturesque setting and focused on promoting community living. They are interconnected by a single podium, it added.

Featuring views of the Dubai skyline and of Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, the project contains landscaping, gardens and a community layout interspersed with public squares and water bodies.

The homes are on track to be completed as per the delivery schedule, with less than two years since the project was launched to a strong response, the developer said.

Focused on sustainability, the developer said that it looks to create healthier communities and bring the latest technologies and trends to the market. This is reflected in the on-schedule topping out of the project and underlines its vision of creating sustainable economic growth for the future through innovative design, its statement continued.

“The topping out of Wilton Terraces highlights our single-minded focus on timely project completion. With its exceptional design, central location and rich array of amenities, the project will enrich the lives of residents,” said Joseph Thomas, managing director of Ellington.

Wilton Terraces offers easy connectivity to Downtown Dubai. Its central location off Al Khail Road assures easy connectivity and mobility, said the developer.

Among the distinctive features of the project is its new design philosophy with creative artworks in public areas that are reminiscent of the region’s ancient connection with the Silk Road. The lobby reception has an abstract interpretation of the Silk Road map crafted using the string art technique, it added.

“Here, modern architecture, technology and nature come together, to create an exceptional living experience. We work with world-class designers, consultants and contractors to ensure the highest standards of quality in all aspects of project management,” remarked Thomas.

“Wilton Terraces is our first project in MBR City, and we are thankful to our investors for their trust in our competencies to meet their aspirations,” he added.
