Chestertons appoints new global sales head
Dennis Chan will focus on new homes and off-plan developments around the globe
Chestertons has announced a new global head of International Sales. Based in Dubai, Dennis Chan will be responsible for a managing and growing the International Sales Department.
Chan will also support and assist owned and partner businesses to win New Homes mandates worldwide, oversee the new international sales platform and help provide tools and systems to enhance the ability of all partner offices to win and transact, the real estate services firm said.
According to a statement, Chan has over fourteen years of industry experience in sales, marketing, leasing and investments around the world. Chestertons’ International Department in Dubai is now said to comprise eight people.

Chan was previously head of Sales at IMKAN Properties and Eagle Hills. He was also head of Sales at KOP Limited, VP of Sales & Marketing at Rowsley Limited and unit head at Savills in Singapore.
