Anwa by Omniyat on track for handover by Q2 2020, says developer
Seafront residential project will integrate with ongoing developments at DMC and Mina Rashid
Omniyat, the Dubai-based luxury developer, has said that work is in full swing at Anwa by Omniyat and that it is on track for handover by the second quarter of 2020.
In a statement, the developer said that the seafront residential project will stand out as a ‘guiding star’ in its location of Dubai Maritime City (DMC). It added that the project would take ‘modern coastal living to the next level’ with plans to integrate it with ongoing developments at DMC and Mina Rashid.
Both DMC and Mina Rashid have received significant attention as high-profile projects in Dubai’s property industry, it added.
