Amlak issues RFP for integrated FM services in Bahrain

Amlak has issued two request for proposals (RFPs) for specialised firms offering integrated facilities management (FM) services for a commercial development in Manama, Bahrain.

According to the firm, the first RFP is for the management and operation of full facility services pertaining to a shopping mall and two 11-storey office buildings in Manama.

The second RFP outlines requirements for the appointment of an integrated FM services company to manage a portfolio of low-rise residential buildings, and retail markets located across the Kingdom.

The RFPs are open to integrated FM companies with a five-year proven track record of dealing with similar properties, Amlak said.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 24 June.
