Emaar launches ‘Creek Edge’ within Dubai Creek Harbour megaproject

Emaar has announced ‘Creek Edge’, a new residential project that will take shape on the northern tip of Creek Island within the six sqkm Dubai Creek Harbour megaproject.

The project features two towers of 40 and 20 storeys and is being developed near the Address Harbour Point hotel. Creek Edge is said to offer ‘easy connectivity’ across Dubai Creek Harbour and will feature one- to three-bedroom apartments and duplex townhouses.

According to a statement from Emaar, the urban living environment will encourage a sense of community living by integrating the built environment and open spaces to offer a distinctive lifestyle for residents.

The project focuses on verticality and terraced stepping and the development’s architecture is said to support an overall vision of community living by ‘weaving the promenade to the podium landscape through cascading planters’.

Creek Edge is said to prioritise leisure, play and recreation and is expected to have amenities including a gym, multipurpose room, outdoor children’s play area, swimming pool, barbecue pits, Zen/yoga area and cabanas integrated within the landscaped podium.

The podium serves as a link with the promenade, where recreational and leisure activities take place, Emaar notes.
