Azizi Developments says Samia Azizi project on track for July handover
Azizi Developments says that construction work on its Samia Azizi mixed-use development is making ‘remarkable progress’. The project is taking shape in Dubai’s Al Furjan area and includes 284 homes split between studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
The private developer says that more than 77% of its construction work is completed and notes that the project is due to be delivered in July of this year. Azizi also highlights the completion of 88% of the second fix of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works and more than 70% of the façade works.
“The accelerated completion progress of Samia Azizi in Al Furjan underlines our commitment to our Year of Construction. We are working with renowned contractors who have the breadth of experience to deliver our project to the highest standards of quality. With its central location in the high-growth corridor of Dubai, and its excellent connectivity, Samia Azizi appeals to value-oriented customers who wish to gain strong rental yields,” said Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments.
Progress on the external works is also said to be on schedule, currently at over 15%, while the swimming pool is more than 50% complete, and the elevator and overall finishing works stand at more than 40% complete.
The firm notes that, in line with its ‘Year of Construction’, Samia Azizi is one of many projects to be handed over this year.
