Pinsent Masons has promoted of Construction disputes lawyer, Nesreen Osman, to Partner effective 1 May 2019.
The international firm boasts a 23-strong specialist construction and engineering team in the Middle East and Osman, who is based in the firm’s Dubai office, also specialises in large-scale infrastructure disputes.
She has acted for many years on behalf of main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and employers and has extensive experience in the Middle East of a variety of forms of dispute resolution including international arbitration, litigation and mediation, said the company in a statement.
Osman is also an important member of the newly launched Middle East Female Future Forum, part of the firm’s wider efforts to increase diversity and inclusion. Osman’s promotion echoes the firms’ dedication to supporting the UAE’s commitment to advance women in the workplace, said the firm.
