Ellington begins handover of Belgravia II units to owners

Developer says it created a ‘cutting-edge development that opens out onto the main boulevard and the primary street’

Property developer Ellington has begun handovers of its Belgravia II development to owners. The project, located in Jumeirah Village Circle comprises studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom private townhouses.

According to a statement from the developer, Ellington’s managing directors, Joseph Thomas and Robert Booth, personally handed over keys to customers. 188 residences were handed over, the event was attended by Mohammed Khalifa bin Hammad, senior director of the Real Estate Regulatory Department and Ahmed Khalil Mahmoud Al Hamdani, senior specialist in charge of the Owner’s Association at RERA.

“As a home-grown Dubai-based company with a focus on design, the handover underlines Ellington’s commitment to on-schedule delivery. Belgravia II offers superb value for investors, led by its sought-after location, resort-style community feel, elegant architecture and world-class design,” says Booth.

The developer says the Belgravia II lobby boasts a central sculpture that was created by four students from the American University of Sharjah’s Interior Design and Photography Department. Ellington says this reinforces its links with the regional community.

The project is also said to feature a landscaped central courtyard, a swimming pool, kids play area, as well as a fitness studio and dedicated yoga centre.
