Azizi Developments passes 90% construction of its DHCC homes

Azizi Developments has said that construction at its $128 million project, Azizi Aliyah Residence at the Dubai Healthcare City has progressed to 90% and the residential project will be delivered to homeowners in Q2 2019.

An update from the company said that the architectural finishes for interior works are underway and that external works are progressing at an accelerated pace. All infrastructure work is being completed in a timely manner, and the developer had deployed a full force of contracting teams to ensure 100 percent completion as per the delivery schedule, it stated.

Situated on Al Khail Road and 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the residential project has 346 units, comprising of 191 studios, 135 one- and two-bedroom units along with upwards of 1400 sqm of upscale retail space.

Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “The 90% completion milestone achieved on the Azizi Aliya Residence once again highlights our commitment to timely delivery. With its central location in Dubai Healthcare City and proximity to Dubai Creek, Azizi Aliyah Residence will soon welcome its first residents to a premier development, underpinned by high-quality design and world-class construction standards.”

The developer added that this ‘uniquely architected’ 16-storey building is built on the concept of maximising terrace space through staggered slabs and unroofed balconies. Azizi Developments also stated that the project is in close proximity to various business hubs, hospitals, and the Wafi mall and that its strategic location offers effortless access to varied leisure attractions and family-oriented programs to its residents.
