Emaar unveils Phase III of the Expo Golf Villas

Due to the responses received for the launch of phases one and two of the Expo Golf Villa development, Emaar has unveiled phase three, a limited collection of three- and four-bedroom premium villas located next to an 18-hole championship golf course in Dubai South.
Emaar stated that research by KPMG and the American National Association of Realtors proves that golf courses have historically boosted the value of nearby properties by as much as 20%, hence these villas assure strong return on investment and long-term value appreciation.
According to the statement, the cost of the villa starts at $272,204, with customers having the opportunity for a convenient payment plan with monthly installments which can be paid over a period of five years. Each villa is estimated between 110 and 114 sqm in size and will be finished in a neutral palette to match the interior design options of the customer. Amenities include a fully equipped gym, an outdoor swimming pool, kid’s play area, a community centre, and parks and walkways.
