Radisson formalises agreement for two new hotels in the Kingdom
The hotels are set to open in second quarter of 2021
Radisson Hotel Group has announced that they have signed two new hotels in Saudi Arabia with Saudi real estate developer and investor Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi and his real estate development company, Al-Rajhi Investments, extending on an existing partnership between them.
The two hotels: the Radisson Hotel, Makkah Al Rahma and the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Makkah Al Rahma increases Radisson Hotel group’s portfolio in Saudi Arabia to 43 hotels and more than 10,000 rooms both in operation and under construction. The hotels are set to open in second quarter of 2021.
The new properties will be located in the Mahbas Al-Jin district of Makkah, only two kilometres from the Haram. Radisson Hotel, Makkah Al Rahma will have 190 rooms, meanwhile the upper-midscale Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Makkah Al Rahma will have 150 room. Both the properties will have an all-day-dining restaurant, one meeting room, male and female gyms, and individual prayer rooms.
