Azizi announces new community garden spanning Azizi Riviera

Azizi Developments has announced the launch of an ‘aesthetically designed, lush green park’, called Les Jardins in Azizi Riviera, the company’s waterfront development in Meydan One.

Accompanying the announcement, the property developer also announced the ‘Le Pavilion’ a residential building that overlooks the new park with views of greenery on one side and the Meydan Hotel on the other side. Le Pavillon is a nine-storey building that directly faces the garden, according to a statement by the company.

Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “Les Jardins will significantly enhance the well-being of our residents in Azizi Riviera, not only assuring them spectacular views but also the ideal environment to pursue a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The addition of the park will also add immense value to investors and assure strong rental returns.”

The park spans across the whole Riviera, with several residential towers having direct views and access to it. The company stated that residents can step out to the garden which covers the entire breadth of the development and that it will be maintained with ‘green fields, flowering plants and towering trees.’

Azizi stated that one of their top priorities is to ensure the wellness of the residents and add to their quality of life.

“Assuring a serene lifestyle in the heart of the city, Les Jardins brings greenery to the doorsteps of residents. Les Jardins celebrates our outlook of developing lifestyles – not just buildings. Through entertainment, sports and wellness amenities, we strive to enrich the lives of our residents,” he added.

The statement also added that Les Jardins will comprise ponds, fountains, paved jogging and walking paths, and picnic areas and social spaces as well as barbeque areas to ‘foster a sense of community.’ Les Jardins is situated at a walking distance from Rivera Boulevard- a high-end retail destination with leisure and entertainment options.

Once completed, Azizi Riviera will have 71-mid rise buildings with over 16000 units inclusive of studio, one-, two-, and three- bedroom apartments.
