Al-Hakimiah Company completes Saudi villa in two-days
Saudi minister hands over first precast villa to Al-Wajiha’s newest resident
Saudi Arabia’s minister of housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, minister of housing has handed over the first housing unit within SAKANI Program in Al-Wajiha project, just two days after the villa began construction.
Built under the Building Technology Stimulus Initiative programme, the Al-Wajiha project in Dammam includes 574 villas with non-traditional methods in house construction through activating modern techniques with high quality. Real estate developer Al-Hakimiah Company in Dammam requires only 48 hours to build the precast housing units which are supplied by Al kifah.
The precast specialist said the unit was built and ready to be delivered in a record of 48 hours of construction.
The Building Technology Stimulus Initiative is a key part of the Kingdom Vision 2030 programme which aims to speed up construction process and provide citizens with high quality and affordable housing units.
In a statement published on the official Saudi news agency, the ministry said “Dr Al-Huqail was briefed on the first two-day-accomplished villa as part of Al-Wajiha project with SAKANI programme in partnership with qualified real estate developers. This project is allocated for the previous batches of the SAKANI programme. The Minister of Housing has lauded this achievement, affirming to continue works for providing the best services for citizens and delivery of the project in the defined period.”
