The project is being handled by lead consultant VX Studio and Architects A++
MAG Lifestyle Development (MAG LD) has announced that work on its $598m MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort is progressing at pace. 15% of the project has already been completed and the developer says the resort is on track for delivery in 2021.
The project includes a 120,000sqft World Care Wellness Centre, which when delivered will be the largest wellness centre in the world, according to the developer. It will offer health-conscientious residents and guests’ full access to a medical check-up clinic that guides, informs, and supports healthy living choices.
The community also includes a 96-room World Care Wellness Hotel, a sports, fitness, and leisure centre, and a variety of restaurants, cafés, and retail outlets. In addition to the World Care Wellness Centre and Hotel, the project will host 17 waterfront mansions that overlook Dubai Creek, 75 luxury apartments, and 172 serviced wellness holiday homes.
“We are pleased with the progress that MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort is witnessing which reflects our ‘lifestyle development’ philosophy that gears toward enhancing human lives. Our development partners are carefully selected for their high-quality standards and meticulous attention to detail, and we are confident that they will bring this project to fruition while aligning with our mission to exceed customer expectations,” said Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG Lifestyle Development.
According to MAG LD, project contractor Dar Alwad Contracting has completed 80% of infrastructure works.
MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort will spread over 898,786sqft and covers 550m of the Dubai Creek waterfront. It is located adjacent to the Ras Al Khor Flamingo Wildlife Sanctuary and 4.5km away from the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.
