David Clifton joins AECOM as director – Strategy & Growth for Construction Services, Middle East

AECOM has appointed David Clifton to expand its existing client relationships and grow its market share in the region. The company’s Construction Services business offers a wide gamut of services such as construction management, construction supervision and program management across sectors.

Clifton previously worked at Faithful+Gould as regional development director. According to a statement from AECOM, he has more than 18-years (USA, UK and the Middle East) of experience and boasts a broad network of contacts and in-depth knowledge of the region’s macro-economic and construction economics’ trends. Indeed he has regularly contributed his thoughts on the industry in Big Project Middle East and Middle East Consultant magazines.

He also has first-hand experience in the delivery of large projects and has contributed to several industry improvements including the development of PMOs, AECOM added.

AECOM’s Construction Services’ Middle East portfolio includes Midfield Terminal Complex, Warner Bros. World, King Khalid International Airport, Tatweer Schools Program, Mall of Oman, Doha Oasis, DAMAC Heights and Ministry of Housing projects in Saudi Arabia.
