ARADA introduces Bareem Townhouses at Nasma Residences

Developer ARADA has announced phase four of its Nasma Residences project, which includes the Bareem Townhouses. A total of 302 units split between two- and three-bedroom layouts will be officially launched at an event on 23 June.

ARADA says the townhouses feature a clean, modernist design and competitive pricing that makes the homes accessible to a wide range of buyers. Phase four will also include the developer’s Signature Villas, which feature four- and five-bedrooms.

HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of ARADA, said: “With only one more phase to come before ARADA’s first project, Nasma Residences, is completely sold out, we are expecting a significant response from investors and end-users. The Bareem Townhouses at Nasma Residences are an excellent addition to the homes on offer at this well-designed community; they have been created with owners’ interests at heart, and we look forward to delivering them towards the end of next year.”

Speaking about the progress of construction, ARADA says that phase one is now 35% complete and on track to be delivered by the end of this year. Mobilisation on phase two began earlier this year and the developer now expects to award the main contract for phase three in July.

Launched in March 2017, Nasma Residences will have more than 800 homes, as well as a community centre called Nasma Square, parks and a GEMS international school. The project is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2019.
