UK swimming pool specialist says work picking up in Dubai and the Indian market as well
UK-based swimming pool and spa specialist, Barr & Wray has announced the appointment of new directors of sales and projects in its Dubai office, as work picks up in the emirate and India.
The latest appointments take the total of permanent staff numbers in Barr & Wray’s Dubai office to 17.
The Glasgow-based firm named Corrine Sunter as sales director, while Jim McDonald will step up from a project manager role to projects director at the firm’s UAE base, which currently services projects within the Middle East, India and North Africa.
“Corrine has almost 10 years’ experience in the spa industry and she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, in particular her expertise in the design, development and project management of hydro-thermal spa projects within the four and five star international hotel market,” said Peter Rietveld, managing director of Barr & Wray’s Dubai division.
“Jim will make an excellent contribution to the already established and expanding Middle East team,” he added.
