Wasl releases 190 units in Wasl District
Follows last year’s phase one handing over of 166 units
Wasl Properties has released ‘Block A’ under phase two of its Wasl District project. 190 new units were released, following the phase one delivery of 166 units in December last year.
The developer said the district offers residents an authentic blend of traditional Emirati architecture with modern amenities and facilities.
According to Wasl Properties, the apartments will feature modern finishing, tasteful interiors and amenities including basement parking, a kid’s play area, pool and a gym.
“Wasl District project is underlined by our deep reverence for the UAE’s heritage, and the company’s ongoing efforts to preserve and share it by revitalising older areas of Dubai. Last year we handed over 166 units that comprised the first phase of the project, all of which were leased within a record one week,” said Zainab Mohammed, chief property management and marketing officer at Wasl Properties.
The company says its mission is to maintain the city’s rich history and strive to cater to its customers’ needs by delivering on their perceptions.
“Due to a high demand for quality residences within the area, we are now proud to deliver 190 additional units as part of the second phase of the project, and as a further underpinning of our mission to enhance the real estate market in Dubai by providing a myriad of compatible options for our customers,” added Mohammed.
