Azizi Developments has awarded a $163m contract to Evershine Contracting for the construction of 10 towers. As per a note from the developer, the towers will make up half of all developments in the fourth phase of its Azizi Riviera project at Meydan One in Dubai.
Construction work is expected to begin in July and developer says that the architecture of its flagship project draws inspiration from the French Riviera lifestyle and will feature versatile, contemporary elements.
“There is high demand for community-oriented real estate projects in Dubai. This is why we are progressing quickly with Azizi Riviera, one of our most ambitious projects to date. We have already received tremendous response from customers looking to buy off-plan, and the project has made a mark in the real estate market in Dubai,” said Mirwais Azizi, founder and chairman of Azizi Developments.
The project, which is located on the banks of the Dubai Canal, will be in close proximity to Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse. Azizi Riviera will also offer paved pedestrian paths, water transport and yachting facilities. A marina has also been proposed, all of which the developer says will contribute towards making the project an attractive proposition for buyers.
