Damac Towers by Paramount logs 25m safe worker hours
Development consists of three hotel apartment towers and one hotel tower
Damac Properties has logged 25m safe worker hours on its Damac Towers by Paramount four-tower master development. The developer notes that the project is nearing completion and says that the figure is a testament to the importance it and its partners place on worker safety.
The project features three hotel apartment towers offering over 2,000 units and a single hotel tower with over 800 rooms, which will be operated by Paramount Hotels & Resorts. The development will have a total built-up area of 4m sqft and an estimated sales value of $1.35 billion.
“Zero incidents is our most important performance benchmark, with worker safety being a critical factor in the decision making processes when selecting our construction partners,” said Ali Sajwani, general manager of operations at Damac Properties.
The 250m high development is located in Dubai’s Burj area and was developed in collaboration with Paramount Hotels & Resorts. The developer says the development offers ‘exclusive access to beautiful landscaping and pool areas on the podium level, numerous health facilities, on-site parking and a variety of high-end dining establishments’.
“Damac Towers by Paramount is a four-tower master development that demanded considerable effort and care during its construction. As we work to finalise the remaining elements to bring the project to completion in the coming months, we are happy that we have set a new safety record with our partners at the site,” commented Sajwani.
