Binghatti Stars construction racing to completion by the end of 2018
Binghatti Developer committed to delivering on time
Dubai-based Binghatti Developers has released a statement announcing that the construction of Binghatti Stars is being processed at an accelerated pace, which will enable it to deliver the project in December 2018.
Binghatti Stars officially launched at Cityscape Global last year and features 362 units, including studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The developer said that two basement levels, ground, and three residential floors of the building have already been completed, and “at this pace”, the company is ensuring that the project will be delivered on time.
“We are very pleased with the progress of construction works in Binghatti Stars. We consider our commitment to delivery times as a priority, which is a well-known fact solidified by timely deliveries of all Binghatti’s past projects,” said Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO and head of Architecture at Binghatti Developers.
According to the developer’s overview of the project: “Binghatti Stars features a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a Health Club by Technogym, a heat monitored swimming pool, a relaxing jacuzzi, a children’s play area, and a public terrace for residents to enjoy.”
