Emaar launches Address Al Marjan Island hotel and residences project
Project marks Emaar’s first venture into Ras Al Khaimah
Emaar’s hospitality arm has just launched the Address Al Marjan Island, a hotel and residences development that will be built in Ras Al Khaimah. The project will be managed by Emaar Hospitality Group’s premium brand, Address Hotels + Resorts.
The project will be built on the Views island of Al Marjan, the largest of a four-island mega development taking shape in the northern emirate. The hotel will have 249 rooms, including suites, while the Address Residences Al Marjan Island will feature 234 high-end apartments.
The announcement of the Address Al Marjan Island follows a MoU signed by Emaar in December last, year to develop two million sqft of mixed-use projects including high-end residential, hospitality and retail components on Al Marjan Island.
“With its positive economic growth and focus on strengthening the tourism and investment landscape, Ras Al Khaimah has recorded robust growth in visitor arrivals and in attracting inward investments,” said Mohamed Alabbar, chairman of Emaar Properties.
The project marks the first expansion of the Address brand to Ras Al Khaimah and is also Emaar Development’s first project in the emirate.

As part of the Views island, the largest of the four islands that make up Al Marjan Island, residents will be located close to the urban core of the master-planned community as well as the town centre.
