Belgravia Heights leads project announcements from Ellington

DT1 residential tower and Palm villas to also feature in growing portfolio

Dubai-based boutique developer Ellington has announced the launch of a multitude of Dubai projects, led by Belgravia Heights in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle.

Belgravia Heights is a residential building project and will join Ellington’s three other Belgravia-branded projects located in the expanding JVC community. Ellington has also launched DT1, a residential tower with 130 studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments in Downtown Dubai, as well as The Palm Jumeirah collections; five villas on The Palm Jumeirah it describes as offering “impeccable design and exceptional build-quality offered for discerning customers.”

Referring to Belgravia Heights, Robert Booth, managing director, Ellington, said the residential building is: “the manifestation of Ellington Group’s continued passion and commitment to well-detailed and designed residences in the heart of JVC. The residential building follows its sister projects Belgravia I, II and III, and commands a signature position along one of the main boulevards running through the community.”

Belgravia Heights is being targeted at families and young couples and includes 155 spacious studios, and 1 and 2 bedroom units.

“It has a landscaped podium level with a resort-style pool, children’s play area and a modern fitness centre. The interiors are serene with warm colours offering a contemporary edge that enables residents to define their personal style,” says Ellington in its notes describing the project.

Joseph Thomas, managing director, Ellington, added: “Our architects have followed the signature design of the Belgravia collection which reflect Ellington’s key values and commitment to timeless design and quality. Our Belgravia brand has become synonymous with aesthetically designed homes in JVC district, assuring residents of a distinctive lifestyle experience.”
