DPG has announced the completion of several infrastructure facilities in Business Bay.
Dubai Properties Group (DPG) has announced the completion of several infrastructure facilities at its Business Bay development.
The list of projects include the internal road network, which will be further developed and managed by RTA, a sewerage system that will be managed by Dubai Municipality, in addition to an irrigation system and portable water system along with traffic signals and lighting throughout Business Bay.
Khalid Al Malik the CEO of DPG also said there are currently two substations in place.
“I am pleased to announce that we have just completed the contract stage for a further two, in addition to a further cooling station which will be developed by Empower,” added Al Malik.
Business Bay is already home to many landmarks and buildings such as The Executive Towers and Vision Tower, Bay Avenue and Bay Square, which are owned and developed by DPG, with additional developments owned by third party developers and investors.
