Kuwaiti real estate developer United Real Estate Company (URC) has launched a twin residential tower project – Hessah Towers – to the upcoming Hessah Al Mubarak District development.
According to URC, the Hessah Al Mubarak District is: “an all-inclusive community that delivers a sophisticated quality lifestyle. The District additionally includes public gardens, walkways and green open spaces for ease, convenience and walkability throughout the neighborhood.”
URC is developing 40% of the District through its MENA Homes subsidiary and said Hessah Towers is the “inaugural residential offering” in the development.
Hessah Towers project was conceptualised and designed by Dar SSH and Nabil Gholam Architects. Once completed, Hessah Towers will cover a total built-up area of 63,000sqm and each tower consists of 40 floors “comprised of three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and townhouses adjacent to the towers, for a total of 212 units that all enjoy panoramic sea and city views.”
