Samana tempts cryptocurrency buyers as it breaks ground on Dubai project

Dubai-based boutique real estate developer Samana Developers says it has broken ground on its maiden real estate project – Samana Greens.

The Samana Group-owned developer added that the $20.5 million residential project is using green building features and is being developed at Dubai’s new upmarket community Arjan which also hosts the Miracle Gardens. It will deliver 131 residential units comprising of studio to two-bedroom apartments. The construction work is scheduled to start this month and will be completed in April 2020 – six months before the remarkable Expo 2020 begins.

In a statement announcing the ground-breaking ceremony for the project, Samana Developers revealed is targeting buyers who would want to make payments through cryptocurrency with a 7% discount if they pay on its digital currency channel. According to company, this will “save time and effort.”

Located opposite the Miracle Gardens tourist attraction, Samana Greens will be accessible through two major expressways – Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. As part of the Arjan master community it is surrounded by Arabian Ranches, Sports City, Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubai Hills.
