Work progressing on Phase Three of International City
Developer Nakheel says several developers have started work on their projects
Nakheel has denied construction of community services and facilities at the third phase of its International City development has been placed on hold, and said several developers have started working on their projects.
“The project is already live and a number of developers have commenced work on their individual projects,” a Nakheel spokesperson was quoted as saying by Emirates 24-7.
Last June, the state-owned developer floated a tender for the design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of new International City 3 sewer network connection to nearest Dubai Municipality network.
Located in the Al Warsan region of Dubai,the 800-hectare development comprises a combination of commercial, residential, retail and tourism elements from different parts of the world.
