ARRA undergoes restructuring

Ajman real estate body will now have three major departments, including support services

The Crown Prince of Ajman, Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, has approved the new organisational structure of the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA).

The new structure features three major departments for real estate procedures, real estate relations and development as well as for support services.

Founded in 2008, ARRA is responsible for laying down general policies for developing real estate projects and constructing investment buildings as well as suggesting legislations that help to organise real estate business in the emirate of Ajman.

The regulator’s board of directors is the supreme authority to achieve the agency’s objectives and directly reports to the Ruler on the agency’s work.
