Work on the ‘I Love Florence Tower’ development in Business Bay has begun according to a statement from Saudi-based real estate developer Dar Al Arkan. The $218m project is located near the Dubai Water Canal and is the developer’s first project outside of Saudi Arabia.
The tower features 38 floors and offer one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The developer notes that some apartments have private elevators and says that the tower will give residents easy access to a mix of lifestyle, fine-diving and social destinations.
The project will also feature two Roberto Cavalli retail attractions; a stylish lobby and a U-shaped infinity swimming pool, along with 50 parking spots for guests. The GFG Group is responsible for the drilling and foundation works, as well as for laying the foundation of the project and carrying out the excavation work for the full site.
Dar Al Arkan said it aspires to execute its project to the best of its abilities, with the aim of striking a balance between design, high quality execution and timely delivery. The developer, which has 15,000 residential units across Saudi Arabia, believes its tower will be a valuable addition to Business Bay once it is completed.
