Azizi breaks ground on Victoria project in MBR City, Dubai

Project said to be twice the size of developer’s Riviera canal development in Meydan One

Dubai-based Azizi Developments has broken ground on its mixed-use Azizi Victoria project in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District Seven.

The project is spread over 33m sqft and will feature mid- and high-rise buildings offering 30,000 units of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The project also includes a retail district and two hotels.

Azizi Victoria is set to offer residents and visitors a taste of British living, owing to elements drawn from contemporary British culture.

“The success of Azizi Riviera has reinforced the need for urban community living spaces in Dubai. The Azizi Victoria is the latest offering resulting from the strategic partnership of Meydan Group and Azizi Developments to cater to this demand. We are confident of a positive response to Azizi Victoria, reflecting the strength and dynamism of the Dubai property market,” said Saeed Humaid Al Tayer, chairman and CEO of Meydan Group.

Buildings in the Azizi Victoria development will be mixed-use constructions of eight, 15 and 30 floors, plus ground level, housing apartments, retail establishments, restaurants and hotels.

Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Developments added, “This is our newest offering to those who wish to invest in a unique lifestyle equipped with state-of-the-art community facilities. Situated in the heart of Dubai, Azizi Victoria will further our vision of creating urban living spaces which will revolutionise the meaning of community living in Dubai.”

Construction of the project is split into phases – phase one is scheduled for completion in May 2019, while phase two is expected to be ready in July 2019.
