GGICO: work on key Dubai development in full swing
Topaz Premium Residences at Dubai Silicon Oasis is more than 50% completed
Gulf General Investment Company (GGICO) has said that work is in full swing on its key developments – including Topaz Premium Residences at Dubai Silicon Oasis, with more than 50% of the project already completed.
Built to ensure comfort and community, Dubai Silicon Oasis is an integrated city within a city, offering a number of residential and lifestyle facilities, like education, shopping, services and leisure outlets.
In a statement, GGICO said that foreigners and expats are investing lump sum amounts into Dubai’s ‘stable and maturing real estate sector’, with houses and business properties being rented out for profit or held as investments.
The developer has launched all its projects in DSO post its 50% completion, it added. Some of its projects include Axis 1 to 8, Axis Silver, Platinum Residence 1 and 2, and Topaz Residences 1, 2 and 3.
“GGICO’s new development, Topaz Premium Residences, is the ideal choice for growing families, the residences are well-designed living spaces that maximises efficiency,” said Mohammad Harib Fadhel Almazrooei, managing director.
He added that the residences were well designed, with ‘efficient living spaces’. Each apartment would have spacious balconies that would ‘extend space for ideal indoor and outdoor living’.
The bespoke one-bedroom apartments come with a store room that is modifiable to a second bedroom. They are designed in the Italian style with high-end finish and a fully furnished and fully equipped modern kitchen, said the developer.
“These residential properties at Topaz have a family-friendly community, international schools for education and connectivity to the proposed metro. The rich ambience includes restaurants, healthcare centres, supermarkets and banking. It is also in close proximity to popular shopping destination The Dubai Mall, Dubai International Airport among others,” remarked Almazrooei.
Topaz Premium Residences will have a rooftop health club, swimming pool, gym with sauna and steam, along with ample parking bays for visitors, he added.
