Azizi says Montrell project works to complete by February
Developer says ninth project is 80% finished at present
Azizi Developments, the UAE-based real estate developer, has announced that work on Azizi Montrell, its ninth project at the Al Furjan development in Dubai, is nearing completion.
The project is a mid-rise and high-end serviced apartment block with 222 units, of which 168 are studio apartments, and 54 are one-bedroom apartments.
Amenities include landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, restaurants and cafes, prayer rooms, room service, laundry services and valet parking, Azizi said in a statement.
The nine-storey building will also include two levels of parking. It stands on a 3,898sqm plot. The total construction area of the project is 22,885sqm.
With 80% of the construction work over, Azizi Montrell will be completed by February 2018, the developer added.
“Azizi Montrell is our latest offering to cater to the growing demand for quality living spaces in locations such as Al Furjan which are increasingly gaining popularity among buyers,” said Farhad Azizi, CEO of the developer.
Al Furjan is one of Dubai’s fastest growing residential neighbourhoods, with easy access to Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali Free Zone and the Expo 2020 site.
The new metro line named Route 2020 will connect Al Furjan to locations such as Dubai Investment Park, Discovery Gardens, Jumeirah Golf Estates and the Gardens, and will also eventually service the Al Maktoum International Airport.
The proximity and access to the Expo 2020 site is making Al Furjan a premier residential real estate destination in Dubai, offering a fantastic community lifestyle to residents, stated Azizi.
“With Dubai’s emergence as a regional hub for business, tourism and events such as the Expo 2020, we expect the demand for international-level serviced apartments to only increase in this area,” he added.
