Nshama begins delivering Zahra townhouses in Dubai
Development is anchored by a central square housing the Vida Townsquare hotel and Reel Cinemas Cineplex
Nshama has issued a statement announcing that it has begun the handover of Zahra townhouses within the Town Square Dubai development. 320 townhouses are in the process of being handed-over and residents are expected to begin moving in shortly. All of the villas boast either three- or four-bedrooms.
The developer notes that it has completed infrastructure work including a gymnasium, coffee shop, convenience store, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, jogging track and cycling trails. As per the firm, the handover of the townhouses, which is part of the first residential community within the development, is proceeding ahead of schedule.
“We promised and we have delivered. Town Square Dubai is now ready to welcome its first residents in our first residential project, Zahra townhouses. We have worked with experienced contractors to bring to life the Zahra community with all infrastructure and construction work undertaken to high standards of quality. We are also showcasing all the lifestyle amenities that residents look for in an established neighbourhood. We will continue to focus on meting and exceeding the expectations of our customers with our commitment to project management best practices,” explained Fred Durie, Chief Executive Officer of Nshama.
Town Square Dubai is located next to the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club. The development has several residential neighbourhoods in various stages of development.
