Seven Tides breaks ground on $136m Dubai project

The UAE-headquartered developer Seven Tides says it has broken ground on SE7EN Residences The Palm, a residential development on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

The 1.24 million sq ft, 14-storey two-tower complex is worth over $136 million and is situated next to Seven Tides’ second development on the Palm, Dukes Dubai.

It is made up of 1,118 units including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.

There will also be retail and F&B offerings, with the two towers connected by an infinity swimming pool.

It is being built by construction firm Airolink.
