Meraas begins sales of Nikki Beach Residences
Project is the first freehold development in Jumeirah 1
Meraas has issued a statement announcing that it has begun sales of Nikki Beach Residences. The Dubai-based holding company is offering 63 branded units, and says that each offers views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline.
Residences include one to three bedroom apartment units, six townhouses, and a four bedroom penthouse. The residences are said to have direct access to a 400-meter private beach and a state-of-the-art gym.
Construction work on the project is almost completed, Meraas said, and show apartments are now available for viewing. Meraas is planning to commence handover in the fourth quarter of 2017.
The design of each home is said to be based on the vision of Nikki Beach founder Jack Penrod, and offers a contemporary look and feel with signature all-white décor. Natural materials have been used in the construction of each residence, in line with the various Nikki Beach locations around the world.
Nikki Beach Residences is located on the Pearl Jumeirah and is part of a 52,000sqm master development, which includes Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, Nikki Privé, Café Nikki and Key West.
