Four Seasons to open new hotel in Dubai by mid-2014
US based architecture firm, WATG, which designed the Atlantis resort and Emirates Palace, will design new property
Canadian luxury five-star hotel management firm, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, has unveiled plans to open a new resort in Dubai.
To be located on the Jumeirah Beach Road, the Four Seasons Resort Dubai will contain 237 guest rooms, including 49 suites.The property would target leisure and business guests equally, “leaning towards a residential-style product while offering business guests personalised support and service,” the company said.
US-based architecture firm, WATG, which designed Dubai’s Atlantis resort and the Emirates Palace in the UAE capital, will design the new property, while San Francisco-based BAMO will be responsible for the interior design.
It is planned to feature at least three restaurants, and poolside dining. The function spaces which have beachfront access will include a 600m2 ballroom and five meeting rooms.
The hotel is scheduled to open by mid-2014.
