Eagle Hills announces Palace Fujairah Beach hotel
Company’s second 5-star property in Fujairah will have 162 rooms and suites
Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company Eagle Hills has just announced the Palace Fujairah Beach hotel. The new hotel will be in the ‘Eagle Hills Fujairah Beach’ master development, and will be managed by Address Hotels + Resorts, the flagship hotel brand of Emaar Hospitality Group.
According to Eagle Hills, the hotel will feature contemporary architecture and Arabesque patterns, and will pay tribute to Fujairah and its heritage. The hotel will offer a health club, cafes, high-quality dining outlets, separate pools for adults and children, as well as meeting venues.
Eagle Hills says it will become a focal point of its master development in the emirate, and believes that the development will help attract tourists and investments into the emirate.

Eagle Hills Fujairah Beach is a mixed-use development that will also feature a gated residential community, comprising 84 villas and townhouses available in two, three and four-bedroom configuration, each with beach, garden, and city views. It will be the first residential development in Fujairah city with direct access to the beach.

The launch of Palace Fujairah Beach follows last year’s launch of the Address Fujairah Resort + Spa, which is located in Sharm.
