TDIC opens new Lagoons Sales Centre in Abu Dhabi
Master developer says office offers buyers an immersive experience with interactive previews of the community
A new sales centre has been opened in the Saadiyat Lagoons district according to a statement by the Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC). TDIC is a master developer of several tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, and says the move is in response to the growth in sales of available units across the Saadiyat Island communities.
The new sales office is located next to the New York University Abu Dhabi, and TDIC says that it offers visitors and potential buyers an immersive experience with interactive previews of its various community projects. The company is working on several communities on Saadiyat Island, including Mamsha Al Saadiyat, Jawaher Saadiyat, and the Saadiyat Lagoons District.
Visitors to the Lagoons Sales Centre will be able to view the various unit types, sizes, community facilities, locations, and the accompanying price ranges. The TDIC says visitors can also discuss the unique and differentiating features across all its planned communities with the centre’s staff.
The TDIC’s portfolio of projects extends beyond Saadiyat island, the firm also has projects in Abu Dhabi City and the Western Region including the Eastern Mangroves, The Westin Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Golf Club, Qasr Al Sarab, and others.
The company is also partnered with the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, the Louvre and the British Museum. Earlier this week, the firm releases a group of endangered Hawksbill turtles back into the wild at Saadiyat Beach, in recognition of World Turtle Day.
