Owners of apartments in Sahara Tower 4 have begun moving into their properties, according to a statement by developer Al Thuriah.
The developer says it has now completed the handover of the 33-storey tower, which features one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and was developed at a cost of AED 295 million ($80.3m). It is located in Sharjah, by the border with Dubai.
Development of the project began in April 2014, and the property developer says that all of the apartments were sold out 18-months after launch.
At the opening ceremony, Eng. Raymond Khouzami, CEO of Al Thuriah said, “The handover of Sahara Tower 4 is a major achievement for us, as we have utilised state-of-the-art technologies to ensure that we deliver before committed deadlines. This bespoke development offers a luxury lifestyle and appeals to discerning clients who value superior interiors and spacious apartments at prime locations. Sahara Tower 4 raises the bar for quality and affordability in the UAE property market.”
Al Thuriah’s Sahara Tower 4 is located in the Sahara Complex near Sahara Centre, and is positioned as the gateway to Sharjah. The development is said to offer world class facilities, as well as ideal accessibility to both Sharjah and Dubai.
“I would like to congratulate the Al Thuriah team and project partners that have worked with great diligence and efficiency to complete this landmark property ahead of schedule. We welcome the new home owners, who have appreciated its quality, and we are sure that they will enjoy its world class amenities to the fullest,” added Sheikh Majid Bin Hamad Al Qasimi, chairman of Al Thuriah Group.
