Bloom Properties begins leasing at Al Bateen project
Developer puts 225 apartments up for rent at Bloom Residences in UAE capital
Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Properties has started leasing 225 residential apartments in its Bloom Residences project located within the Bloom Marina waterfront development in the UAE capital’s Marina Al Bateen area.
The developer said the project, which offers one, two, three and four bedroom apartments with rents ranging from AED80,000 to AED230,000, consists of two residential buildings adjacent to the future location of the Edition Hotel. The apartment sizes range from 90sqm and 135sqm for the one- and two-bedroom units to approximately 190sqm and 265sqm for the three-, and four-bedroom ones. Units on the ground floor and top levels also feature terraces ranging from 60-150sqm, Bloom added.

The mixed-use development spans an area of 41,797sqm, with a total built-up area of 150,000sqm, the developer said. It will have parking for 850 vehicles and also include 3,000sqm of amenities such as health clubs, cafes, food and beverage outlets, and waterfront retail.
The project’s 200-key five-star hotel with 57 serviced apartments is set to open in the last quarter of this year, Bloom added. It will be operated under the Edition brand – a new boutique hotel venture by American hotelier and real estate developer Ian Schrager in partnership with Marriott International. Edition currently has four hotels globally in London, Miami Beach, New York City and Sanya, China. The Abu Dhabi property will be the brand’s first foray into the Middle East.
