Danube unveils $82m residential project in Dubai
Resortz development will offer investors 419 units spread across four acres of land
Danube Properties, the property development arm of the UAE-based Danube Group, has announced the launch of a new realty project in Dubai’s Arjaan neighbourhood.
Known as ‘Resortz’, the $82 million project covers an area of more than four acres and offers investors 419 apartments – ranging from studio to three-bedroom units – and retail outlets, the developer said in a statement.
The property also includes landscaped areas, a resort-style swimming pool and a central dome modelled after the Duomo in Florence, it added. The residential units have been designed to emulate a ‘resort-lifestyle’, with facilities such as a health club, squash courts and jogging tracks, and a barbeque deck and multi-function area.
“This is our eighth realty project and I am extremely happy to see how far we have come in such a short span. Through our new project, we wanted to offer a vibrant lifestyle to potential customers by recreating a resort and giving residents a feeling of relaxation and comfort,” said Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of the Danube Group.
“We have ensured the best value is offered in terms of prices, facilities and services.”
The architecture of the development is based off the neo-classical era, and combines traditional antiquity and Vitruvian elements, the developer added.
“Each home is fully furnished with a modular kitchen, complete bathroom fittings by Milano; and a European technology enabled convertible sofa that makes way for a bed – tucked into the wall,” Sajan said.
“Moreover, we are continuing with our famous 1% payment plan, allowing customers to pay as low as Dh4,500 per month.”
