Phase two sales begin at Kempinski Residences in Dubai
First phase of luxury Downtown Dubai project sold out, say developers Gemstone Real Estate and Tamleek
Gemstone Real Estate Development and Tamleek Real Estate Co. have announced the commencement of sales in the second phase of the Kempinski Residences Business Bay development after the successful selling out of the project’s phase one.
A statement from the two developers said the five-star luxury serviced residences in Dubai’s Business Bay, featuring luxuriously furnished, fully-serviced residences with views of Dubai’s iconic landmarks, is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2019.

According to the statement, investors will be able to choose from a wide range of residence layouts in phase two. With three themed interiors, the developers are trying to ensure that the freehold property appeals to a diverse range of tastes. Every unit will be equipped with European-branded kitchens and appliances, home automation and security, and premium quality furnishings, the statement added.
The Kempinski Residences Business Bay has been designed and oriented so that a majority of its apartment units have unobstructed views of Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Water Canal, and landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Design District and Meydan, the statement added.
Amenities in the project include five pools, three F&B outlets, a fitness centre, a luxury spa, squash courts, an exclusive members club and a children’s activity area. Concierge and hotel services with 24/7 valet parking will be available to all guests and residents, the developers said.
