Cluttons undertakes Segaya Plaza
Early signing of agreement is to ensure that the lender will ‘benefit from Cluttons’ experience in marketing the property prior to delivery’
Real estate specialist Cluttons has been appointed to handle leasing and management of Eskan Bank’s Segaya Plaza, currently under construction in Manama, Bahrain.
The early signing of the agreement came to ensure that the lender “will able to benefit from Cluttons’ expertise in marketing the property prior to its delivery and set the wheels in motion for a proper handover and management later on,” said chief business officer of the bank Ahmad Tayara.
Segaya Plaza is strategically located in Oman Avenue, offering 3,150 m2 retail space on the floor level and mezzanine floors in the nine-storey building, while the upper floors will consist of 105 residential apartments equipped with swimming pool and several sporting and social facilities.
