Omani cinema operator to fit out Salalah complex
Mixed use development also features 168 serviced studio, one-two and three bedroom apartments
Oman’s cinema operating firm, City Cinema has been selected by Kuwaiti real estate developer, United Real Estate Company (URC) to fit out and manage the major cinema complex within URC’s latest flagship project in Oman, the Salalah Gardens Mall.
Beside the three-screen multiplex facility, the shopping complex features a retail area leased to brands such as Carrefour, Nestle Tollhouse, The Body Shop, as well as a food court, casual dining area, cafes, traditional souk, and hypermarket.
Due to open in late 2012, the mixed-use development also features 168 serviced studio, one- two-and three bedroom apartments, to be operated by Safir International Hotel Management Company, an affiliate of URC Kuwait.
