Limitless, RDI select contractor for Moscow project
Limitless also seeking to revive its $12bn Al Wasl project on the outskirts of the Saudi Arabian capital
Dubai-based developer, Limitless, which secured $33m earlier this month for a project in Russia, has awarded a Russian construction firm a $10.07m contract to build residential buildings at a mixed-use community project north-west of Moscow.
Limitless and its Russian partner RDI Group have selected Moscow-based Fodd as general contractor for two apartment buildings, containing 78 residential units at ZagorodnyKvartal, a joint venture between Limitless and RDI, alongside the Moscow Canal.
Phase 1 of the project will include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom townhouses. Limitless is also seeking to revive its $12bn Al Wasl project on the outskirts of the Saudi capital, once its restructuring talks have been concluded.
