Aabar Properties names Arabtec lead contractor for Reem Island tower
23 storey residential tower project is set for completion during the third quarter of 2014
Aabar Properties has broken ground on a new project at Najmat Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island, it was announced earlier this week.
Featuring residential, office and retail components, the new 23-storey residential tower will offer a range of apartments, as well as several duplex penthouses overlooking the Marina and the UAE capital city.
Arabtec has been named the lead contractor for the 65,000 m2 development, while Confluence will be the project manager. The project is set for completion during the third quarter of 2014.
