Six new categories introduced in third edition of propertyfinder’s Real Estate Brokerage Awards
Real estate portal Propertyfinder has announced the launch of the 3rd Annual Real Estate Brokerage Awards, which have been expanded with six new categories.
Propertyfinder, which is hosting the award for the third consecutive year, said in a statement that the 2016 awards will focus on techniques such as marketing and consumer initiatives that modern companies must employ for success.
The new categories included in this year’s awards are Consumer Choice Award, Best Newcomer Brokerage Service, Best Marketing Campaign, Agent of the Year, Best Brokerage Service and the Outstanding Real Estate Achievement Award. The winners will be announced on December 14th at a formal event held in the Armani Hotel, Downtown Dubai.
“Rewarding industry excellence is a responsibility we take very seriously,” said Paul Stewart-Smith, COO of Propertyfinder Group. “It is essential that the awards continue to evolve alongside the growing calibre of the companies we aim to honour. We are very excited about the additions we have made to the 2016 edition of the programme.”
Other changes for the 2016 edition include a new judging panel of professionals from respected organisations, the statement added. Among those appraising the nominees will be Dany Farha, CEO of BECO Capital; Mohamed Al Sayyah, founder of Al Sayyah Investments; and Georg Chmiel, CEO iProperty Group.
Michael Lahyani, founder and CEO of Propertyfinder Group, said the panel of judges that has been assembled to evaluate the entries comprise experts from a range of sectors. “We expect the standard to be higher than ever and those who emerge victorious will be able to celebrate an incredible achievement,” he added.
