Panorama at Views sparks buying frenzy in Dubai
Investors buy out all the residences available on the opening day of sales, Emaar says
Panorama at the Views, the newest residential project launched by Emaar Properties has sparked a buying frenzy after all its residences released for sale were bought out on the opening day.
The strong response to the launch was prompted by investor confidence in Emaar’s ‘project development competencies,’ the developer said. It added that there was a growing demand for real estate in Dubai’s prime locations, which was also sparking interest in the project.
“The sell out response to Panorama at the Views is a clear testament to investor confidence in Emaar’s project delivery credentials and the positive growth being recorded by Dubai’s property sector this year,” said Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties.
As a result, the company is offering several investor focused initiatives in line with guidelines provided by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The project has been registered with the Dubai Land Department and all its units are listed on the department’s system.
“Our investor focused initiatives lend further market confidence and we remain committed to the handover of the project as per schedule in the first quarter of 2015,” Al Matrooshi added.
Located near The Greens, the development has only 224 apartments, including one, two and three bedroom residences and three and four bedroom duplex units.
The development is the first of several other lifestyle communities that Emaar plans to release into the Dubai market, some of which include the Dubai Modern Art Museum and Opera House District in Downtown Dubai.
